The first. Where a similar commodity USES the same trademark, it shall not be transferred separately.
In the second. Where a commodity USES a similar trademark, it shall not only transfer one of the trademarks.
In the third. Whether "contract transfer" or "inheritance transfer", the assignee shall guarantee the quality of the original goods of the transferred registered trademark;
In the fourth. If the registered trademark owner has licensed the use of his registered trademark, he must obtain the consent of the licensee before transferring the registered trademark to a third party. Otherwise, the transfer contract is invalid.
The fifth. The transferred registered trademark must be valid;
6. Assignor to drugs, tobacco products registered trademark for a transfer, the transferee shall, in accordance with the rules and regulations, provide the relevant departments of the documents, prove that the assignee is entitled to the production and management drugs, tobacco products;
7. The application for the transfer of a trademark shall not cause any misunderstanding, confusion or other adverse effects.
